We are located on the southern end of Siesta Key, a beautiful barrier island just west of Sarasota Florida. This uncomplicated natural paradise, with its tropical atmosphere and white sandy beaches, makes it the perfect location to relax and unwind. 

The beaches on Siesta Key are renowned not only for their soft white sand, but also for the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Come walk, jog, or bicycle on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Enjoy swimming and shelling in the surf or relaxing in one of our lounge chairs. 

Sea Crest on Siesta Key is a modest 40-unit resort located on Seaside Drive; a quiet side street nestled between Midnight Pass Road and beautiful Crescent Beach. Our resort consists primarily of one-bedroom units with separate bedrooms, an efficiency unit,  and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. We offer the charm of a true old style Floridian resort offering guests the chance to stay just a few steps from our private gated entrance to the beautiful white quartz sands of Crescent beach just south of Siesta Key Beach.

Our fully equipped kitchens allow for easy entertaining while making delicious home-cooked meals. The units have either a king- or a queen-bed and some also offer a twin-size bed in the bedroom. All units are furnished with a sofa bed in the living room. Some amenities include hair dryers, Keurig coffee makers, towels and linens, access to a shared coin operated laundry room, and on-site management. The units along Seaside Drive boast separate patio areas along Seaside Drive and in 2024, we expanded the patio area near the beach – a perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets of Siesta Key. There are gas grills behind the units on Seaside Drive as well as two gas grills and tables by the beach. We have a large, heated swimming pool with a new extension added on this past fall a shuffleboard court and cornhole set on turf.

The blue-green waters of the Gulf, beautiful quartz white sandy beach, and the gentle slope into Gulf are favorites of beachgoers.

For our guests, we offer complimentary beach chair and umbrella service as well as two beach towels per unit.

Guest Accommodation Charges:

Building A, B, and C one-bedroom units are priced for two guests.  Each additional guest (age 5 and up) is charged $10 per day per extra guest up to four guests maximum per the fire Marshall.

Building C – two bedroom is priced for four guests but can accommodate up to six guests maximum per the fire Marshall.  Each additional guest (age 5 and up) will be charged $10 per day per guest.

Building C – efficiency is priced for two guests and will only accommodate two guests.

Credit Card Processing Fees:
A service charge of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done in writing (or email) 61 days prior to arrival with a $300.00 forfeit of the $500 deposit payment.  If cancellation occurs after 61 days, the entire $500.00 deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to cancel 30 days in advance will incur the full amount to be charged to your credit card.

Sea Crest does not refund guests for cancellations due to acts of God.
